MorbidLine Salotti is a company specializing in the production of 100% Made-in-Italy sofas and armchairs. Each product is designed with new and updated shapes, designs and content to meet the market’s needs and trends. In addition to design, particular attention is paid to the choice of materials (from wood for structures, to padding and fabrics for upholstery), and to the quality of finishes (felled seams, contrast stitching, double needle and trims). Sofas and armchairs can also be customized, in terms of size, upholstery and finishing. The company’s mission is to meet the needs of those looking for a product that is refined up to the last detail and durable: this is also reflected in the services we offer, including our 10-year warranty on wooden frames.
History
When he was a young man, Giuliano Vampari witnessed the growth of this father’s company, known for manufacturing classic upholstered sofas both in Italy and abroad. In 1984, after honing the necessary experience as craftsman and entrepreneur, Giuliano founded MorbidLine Salotti, a corporate reality committed to the creation of modern and contemporary sofas and armchairs. Shortly thereafter, MorbidLine Salotti products were successfully showcased at the first editions of the Padova Fair, increasing the corporate sales network and, as a results, the production output.

Design
Since 2011, and relying upon his own know-how, Michele Vampari, a graduate in Industrial Design at the IUAV University, has been following each production step, from designing to prototyping. During his academic training, he was exposed to activities in the workshops of teachers like Michele De Lucchi, Tobia Scarpa, Paolo Orlandini and Setzu Ito.

Thanks to the experience gained in the production of sofas and armchairs, MorbidLine Salotti is able to create customized products to meet any customer’s needs, modifying, for example, the size of models or designing on CAD software.
